In this training session, Master Jason Tsou teaches Da Baji (Big Baji). The form will be the vehicle through which the concepts, principles and applications will be taught. Training will involve both stationary and dynamic exercises. The stationary training allows students to understand the framework or structure of Baji in order for them to efficiently issue power. The dynamic part adds “Holding Lantern” footwork to the structure so that the student learns how to employ momentum as a means of increasing power, agility and mobility. Master Tsou will also explain the usage of each individual movement of this dynamic training form.
